Store Policies

Pre-Orders 

Items that have a Pre-Order status are not physically in stock.  The processing time on pre-orders generally 10-15 business days. Orders process within 24 hours after being placed. Once the payment is received the order will be placed. When we have the item(s) in stock we will send you tracking information via email  it is imperative that you provide us with the correct contact information to keep you updated with your estimated order arrival time  


Returns

We do not offer returns, all items may be exchanged for another item or a store credit.


Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase was made, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Merchandise purchased online can be returned via mail to HBJ Glam Studio or returned in-person to our store location.

Please keep in mind that in-store returns will be issued store credit that can only be used in-store.

We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number, lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds 
We do not offer refunds. However, we do offer store credits which may be used towards a future purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit.


If you are approved, then your store credit will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hbjglam@gmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
All sale items are final sale. No exchanges will be made on these items

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hbjglam@gmail.com and send your item to: 719 North Calhoun Street Unit C Tallahassee Florida US 32303.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


Shipping

HBJ Glam Studio is not responsible for current delays or packages marked delivered but not received. We ask that you contact the carrier in these instances. 

Orders that are flagged as fraud will be cancelled, no exceptions.

We do not process orders or respond to emails on Weekends or National Holidays. Please allow 24-48 hours for an email response.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
